DETAILED DESCRIPTION

On the design, we can see this cashier area includes a small till counter and 3 glass display showcases. The color is the white color match with gold color. The size of the small size till counter is 600 x 500 x 1100mm.

And the size of the glass display showcase they’re 1300 x 500 x 1100mm each. For the white part area, we use MDF with white color baking paint. Gold part – the material is gold stainless steel. On the top is the tempered glass cover with the led strip light inside.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

After we confirm the detailed drawing ( size, material, etc. ) we will send it to the factory and start production. The woodworker will start to make the wood body using MDF as a basic material.

Meanwhile, we will make the gold stainless steel according to the size on the drawings. Then we will stick the gold stainless steel on the counter first and use paper to cover it because we need to make the white color baking paint.

After we finish the painting job, we will install the glass and led strip lights. For all the drawers and cabinets we will install the same lock with key and handles.
